Bryan Concrete & Masonry is a masonry contractor based in Bryan, TX. We provide masonry and concrete services to residential and commercial customers in the greater Bryan area and surrounding communities, including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, and related work. The availability of specific services is subject to scheduling, licensing, and geographic coverage at the time of your request.
Any estimate we provide - whether in writing, by phone, or through the Site - is based on information available at the time of the estimate and is not a guaranteed final price. Estimates may change if:
We will notify you of any material change in price before proceeding. You have the right to decline additional work before it begins. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
Once a project is scheduled, we will provide a start date. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, material delays, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred, unless the cancellation is due to an emergency or circumstances beyond your control.
Any deposit paid to secure scheduling is generally non-refundable if you cancel after materials have been ordered or after the 48-hour notice window has passed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to suspend or withhold services until payment is made. Unpaid balances may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law, and we reserve the right to pursue collection through lawful means, including filing a mechanic's lien on the property where work was performed.

We stand behind our workmanship. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your written estimate or contract. Unless a written warranty is provided, all services are offered "as-is" to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Warranties, where provided, cover defects in workmanship arising from the work we performed. They do not cover:
THE SITE ITSELF IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Bryan Concrete & Masonry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing other remedies. Any legal proceedings that proceed beyond mediation will be conducted in the state or county courts of Brazos County,Texas.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site with an updated effective date. If you use the Site or request services after a change is posted, you are agreeing to the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
